As a boss he is relentless. One of his favourite activities is humiliating and bullying his employees. V.I.P. considers himself to be one of the elite, one of the wealthy and beautiful people. For him the best is only just good enough. He is a snob and macho through and through.

V.I.P. thinks he is irresistible and God’s gift to women. In the ring he has no scruples whatsoever and will do anything to win.
